Baking Class
Our classes are led by Chef Carolina Figueiredo.
We work with groups of up to 8 participants. The minimum age is 5 years old. Each class is 1 hour long.
Here’s our Class Program.
Program for 5-year-olds and older:

Decorate 6 pre-baked cupcakes with buttercream. Kids will color the buttercream to decorate their cupcakes, using piping bags and techniques taught in the class.

Decorate 6 pre-baked sugar cookies. The kids would make the frosting from scratch, coloring it and using piping bags to decorate them.

Roll and decorate brigadeiros
Program for 10-year-olds and older:
All classes available for younger kids are also available for this group as well, besides the ones below:

Decorate 1 mini-3-layer pre-baked cake with buttercream. Kids will color the buttercream to decorate the 3-layer cake, using piping bags and techniques in the class.

Make chocolate lava cake from scratch, using a scale to measure the ingredients. Lava cake would be baked at the store and served for them to have with vanilla ice cream.

Make brigadeiros and decorate them.

Make chocolate chip cookies from scratch and bake them.

Make lemon curd, meringue and assemble lemon meringue tart.

Make brownies.

Make sugar cookies from scratch (class #1) and decorate them the next class (class #2)

Make mini-cakes from scratch

Make red velvet cupcakes, with cream cheese topping and decorate them

Make cheese bread
Price:

1 class: $250
-
3-class package: $225/class

6-class package: $210/class
The price is per class for the entire group of kids.

We highly recommend that, in the case of a group of kids, they all are in about the same age range.
Classes take place from Tuesdays through Fridays. We could try to accommodate class on the weekends or on Mondays (when the store is closed), with no guarantee. Classes must be booked at least two weeks in advance. Classes would start anytime between 10 am and 4 pm.
We don’t currently offer open classes, just closed-group classes.
Payment & refund:
Full payment is made once the class is booked. Classes are 100% refundable only if canceled up to 72 hours prior to the class. After that, there will be a 50% refund. Classes can be rescheduled with 48-hour notice.
Our Cooking Classes are a partnership between Chef Carolina and Chef Adriana
We've combined our skills to create a joint cooking class: Chef Adriana makes the main dish and Chef Carolina prepares the dessert.
You choose one main course:
Asparagus, Brie and prosciutto risotto
Butternut squash & dry meat risotto
Strawberry, champagne & balsamic risotto
Tomato & burrata risotto
Gnocchi al pesto
Butternut squash ravioli with butter and sage
And you choose one dessert:

The class group size is between 6 and 8. You can invite friends & family to join you, contact us to set a date, and we will prepare a fantastic experience for you.

We do Birthday Parties!
Fun 2-hour party!
We offer a 2-hour duration birthday party, at the store, led by Chef Carolina Figueiredo, who will be guiding kids throughout the process of making all products. Due to the fact the store is busy on the weekends, birthday parties are currently being offered during weekdays only.
Program options:
1) Make, bake, and decorate sugar cookies. Icing will be made from scratch. Kids will learn cookie decoration techniques and use piping bags
2) Make, bake, and decorate 3 mini cakes. Decoration will be with buttercream, dulce de leche, and chocolate topping
3) Make chocolate chip cookies from scratch and roll brigadeiros using a variety of sprinkles
No special decoration will be provided by Boleria. All ingredients are nut-free.
Conditions:
Price/kid: $45. Minimum of 8 kids. Maximum of 12 kids.

Optional. Party favor: White Boleria aprons $13/each. Aprons should be ordered at least 20 days in advance.

Payment can be made in full on the day of the event. Cancellation can be made 15 days prior to the event date. After that, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
Our Summer Camp program is designed to teach and entertain kids 7-12
We offer a 5-day hands-on baking class for kids age 7-12. Classes take place from 9-12pm, at our bakery in Mamaroneck, NY and are led by Chef Carolina.

Minimum of 5 kids in each class and maximum of 8.

Day 1: Chocolate chip cookies, sugar cookies, and cookie sandwiches
Day 2: Cookie icing, decorate sugar cookies
Day 3: Mini cakes, cake icing, and cake decoration
Day 4: Savory Pizza, sweet pizza, and breadstick
Day 5: Cheese bread and brigadeiro
Group of 5 kids: $425/kid/week
Group of 6 kids: $375/kid/week
Group of 7 kids: $335/kid/week
Group of 8 kids: $300/kid/week

Payment should be made in full paid at the store's cashier on the 1st day of the class

In the case of a class with fewer than four kids, we will try to accommodate your kid in another class, and if not possible, we will cancel the courses at least four days before the 1st day of class.
